ACCOMMODATIONS
A true sailor’s boat. Her deep cockpit leads down into a light and well laid out saloon. The navigation table with aft facing seat is directly to port with the dining table and U shaped seating to starboard. Table lowers to form a good sized bunk. Forward of the nav area is the U shaped galley. A center passage leads forward to the sleeping areas. Sliding access doors to both the port cabins over and under bunks and to the double berth on starboard. Both cabins have overhead hatches and two port lights. Storage is plentiful in hanging lockers and shelves. Below is a photo of the guest cabin with two bunks.


The head/shower is forward. A brand new electric XX?? head, s/s washbasin, shower w/teak grate. 2 cowl vents, 2 port lights, one vanity spotlight and two mirrors.
Forward again to V berth which is used as a storage area for sails etc.


GALLEY

As pictured, a very good layout from the safety aspect. Plentiful storage, built in microwave, 3 burner gimballed s/s propane stove w/oven. A new Adler Barbour top loading freezer system was installed early in 2004 plus a six cubic foot Frigaboat refrigerator NEW 2004. S/S sink, pressure water & salt water foot pump.


Below is the saloon. Cushion covers are provided for all cushions on the boat and have been used constantly, just to protect the actual cushions and material.

One of the nicest cockpits to be found- deep and safe with enormous storage in port and starboard lockers. The semi-flush deck layout allows excellent walkaround space.

Wind generator aft on starboard side pole.

SAILS & RIGGING

Cutter rigged sloop with aluminum mast & boom, s/s wire rigging. The backstay & forestay were renewed in 1995 and checked in 2004 when new cap and lower shrouds were replaced. New main and spinnaker halyards were also fitted 2004. Fully battened cruising main w/lazy jacks and ‘pack a main’ system NEW 2004.
